Nu-Gnu supports the training provider to conduct the research to identify issues with the training programmes.

After the inquiry the training provider can:

  • Have clarity of the issues in the business that are affecting the growth and the ability to trade
  • Have a full understanding of the implementation process that need to be improved
  • Know that the intent of the company, needs to be altered or better communicated
  • Understand the improvements that need to be made to the implementation processes

Investigate and Drive Through Improvements

Finding the problems and driving the solutions, six weeks plus two hours per day for six weeks

  • Conduct an investigation and compile a report and a list of improvements (see 'Added Value')
  • After the report is agreed, the Consultant, working with the nominee, leads a dedicated team to work through list of improvements and turns into action points with agreed deadlines
  • The training provider will have clarity of the processes and procedures that are having a negative effort on the impact of the training provision
  • Have a full understanding of the implementation process that need to be improved
  • The intent of the company will be altered or better communicated
  • Knowledge of that all improve action points will improved within an agreed timescale
  • Have confidence in your company’s expansion of training provision and or geographical location
  • Have the quality processes and procedures in place to ensure expansion

Consultation to Aid Self Assessment

Our consultant will work two hours each day for the length of the inquiry to support the internal inquiry and to write the report and action plan

FAQs

How do you find issues in the delivery of the training provision?
We take a random sample of 50 people. Learners, employers and trainers.

We ask questions in a 15 minute chat that are designed to answer specific areas of focus of the OFSTED inspections. We then chart the answers to the questions and then identify any emerging themes.

The training provider’s nominee will be able to access the real time information of the ongoing inquiry.

Any emerging themes that need to be addressed or subject to a deep dive.

How long does the inquiry take?
Depending on the type of inquiry it will take:

six weeks to compile the inquiry, complete and present the report of issues, and improvements recommended

six weeks and two hours a day for six weeks to compile the inquiry, complete and present the improvements recommended and complete a task plan support the nominee to drive through the improvements

six weeks , where we will give support for two hours a day and the templates for the inquiry which will be conducted by the training provider

What should the training provider should do at the beginning of the inquiry?
Celebrate the fact that you care so much about the quality of your delivery you want to unpick the perception of the learners and employers and the trainers.

Send an email to all learners, employers and staff stating what we are doing.

Send an additional email to the chosen learners, employers and staff to explain what is expected

Ensure your staff are on a training session that where we explain the reason and the process of the inquiry so that everyone is involved!
